Citricidal grapefruit extract: any concern with it?

Dear Listmates:

We started to give my son citricidal grapefruit extract 1 week ago,

starting from 1/2 tab and increased to 1.5 tab each day.

For the last 4,or 5 days he entered into a bad mood, suddenly crying

or giggling for no reason, cranky, waking up in the morning, throwing

into tantrum etc.

Is that 'die-off'? I saw a post saying the DR. JM has an article

talking about citricidal/GSE, can anyone still have the link or

reference? thank you.
