Use a shake. * Time for your 10AM snack, use a shake. * About to workout, use a shake. * Just finished your workout, use a shake. * About to go to be and you need some good quality casein, use a shake. * etc Lots of good times to use them. Of course, the best source of protein is real food but in today's world with busy lives, that isn't too practical (at least for me). ~ Great Idea! Took me a few days to think this through, but Andy had a great idea! Why not re-start everyday or even better yet make everyday a challenge. I like that concept for me. Getting good food together today. Will restart the nutrition Monday so I can put it together correctly. When is the best time to use shakes?? J (If you are moderated THEY are afraid!)
