Guest guest
I have found this to be true too ....isnt is weird? Hugs, Tracie 350.25/288/175 62.25 pounds gone forever since March 2001 -- Interesting Finding Well, Wednesday I went way over points so I decided to make up for it by keeping to my minimum points for the rest of the week (through Sunday). I haven't lessened my exercise time or intensity, though. The interesting thing is that for the last three days my hunger level has been practically non-existent!!! I used to average about 33 points/day (26 - 31 + a couple of activity points) and would generally feel hungry 1 to 2 hours after a meal. Now, I'm getting less food and the hunger is gone. How odd. I'll have to compare journals and see if there is some food type differences or something. Kinda nice to know, though. ------- " Aim Above Morality " - Harold & Maude
Guest guest
Can someone please explain to me how to factor in activity points? Do you get back one point for each hour of exercise or something like that? Thanks, Lori 178/174.5/125 > I used > to average about 33 points/day (26 - 31 + a couple of > activity points) and would generally feel hungry 1 to 2 > hours after a meal. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
It's a calculation based on your weight, intensity level of the exercise, and the duration of the exercise. If you go to the file section for this group, you will find a WW spreadsheet that I uploaded. At the bottom of the weekly journal it calcs PointBooster points. You can find the actual calc there.
