Joanne,

This note recalls the facts concerning citrus products. We need to tell the new

fibro friends to check their acid level. If it is too high they need to keep

away from acidic foods. One solution is to drink unfiltered apple cider(Bragg's)

to alkalize their system. Besides alkalizing, unfiltered vinegar helps

tremendously with joint aches and muscle pain. I take this all the time nearing

a bout. Works Great!

Hi,

I forgot to mention, I use a little bit of organic cinnamon in my fresh lemon

drink, and my egg drink. It does add a bit of sweetness, at least enough for me.

Hope that helps. If I try to have more than one lemon a day, I get cravings.

One way to alkalize especially if you think you may be coming down with a upper

respiratory infection is to use Alka Seltzer tablets or even just baking soda.

I missed taking it - must be done at the FIRST sniffle or scratchy throat and so

I got quite ill this last time. The time before I took the Alka Seltzer and

swallowed some fresh garlic cloves - straight - just gulped them down like a

pill and didn't get sick.
