Shauna,

I don't have much energy either, and

have/had the same fears you have. I would shake or feel a buzzing

feeling in my body if I had to go thru a tunnel or over a bridge or if

a car darted out too quickly at me, I know it's the neuro lyme in my system.

I have bart/babs too. I can't watch the news or hear about

negative things and shy away from confrontation, I don't have the energy

or emotions to fight. Sometimes I go off the deep end w/rage/anger

when someone presses too many buttons (my kids in particular! :) ).

I get very dizzy if I move to quickly,

things like dancing or exercise classes are out the the picture for me.

I get motion sickness too.

I believe the dizziness motion sickness

is due to inflammation, mine isn't as bad as it used to be. At first

I had trouble walking, I was so off balance, I changed my eating habits

drastically and it seemed to help. I also took wobezyme, it helps

w/inflammation, a little costly, I'm sure there's other things that people

use.

I bought a rebounder (little trampoline,

cheap on ebay) and use that, I started doing dry bristle skin brushing,

I take epsom salt baths at night, I try to get outside and walk as painful

as it is, I do it and do some gardening and stretch my muscles like I'm

doing yoga poses and try not to fall down from the dizziness :)

Start off w/baby steps, incorporate

one thing at a time, don't go full speed ahead and mix too many things

together, this group along w/the bartonella group, etc. you'll gain a lot

of knowledge, remember too, that something that works for someone else

might not work for you, so don't get frustrated.

Send me your tel# if you like and we

can chat and support ea. other if you like.

Oh my gosh! Yes, but I don't have much energy. I thought

of a way to explain it. Here it is:

1. Scared of dumb things like going in a long tunnel on

the freeway.

2. Can't handle watching anything negative or of an evil

sort on television.

3. Worried that everything, even ridiculous things (that

normally I would not worry about at all) is not going to work out.

4. Major motion sickness

I wish I new which one it is, so I could focus mainly

on it for a while. I need to get back to work.

Has anyone had symptoms of agitation/nervousne ss after coiling? I've

been coiling for about 3 weeks and had been making good progress. But

a few days ago a new symptom suddenly appeared--intense agitation or nervousness.

I could call it anxiety, but there's no emotional component--it'

s all physical; I feel as though I'm about to jump out of my skin. The

only other time I've ever had this was when I went through a horrendous

Lyme infection in 2007. In that case I was on antibiotics and the

anxiety symptoms were with me for 3 months and it was a nightmare.

But I've been coiling for Lyme, so it made no sense to me that I would

suddenly feel worse. It didn't feel like a herx--herxes have always

manifested as exhaustion and aching, like a bad case of the flu. And

since I've been coiling, all herxes have vanished after using Welchol.

Not so with this symptom--Welchol has no effect at all.

Maybe I reduced the bacterial load enough for a coinfection to finally

make its presence felt. So I tried coiling for coinfections. I

tried babesia because I'm also sweating. The agitation got worse

after coiling. I tried mycoplasma and I tried ehrlichia; the agitation

got worse after coiling. I tried 432 for Lyme again; the agitation

got worse after coiling.

So then I had the scary thought that maybe I've developed a sensitivity

to EMF. I really don't want that to be the case because it would

affect my use of the machine. The only way to test this is to stop

coiling and see if the symptoms subside. But I wanted to ask whether

anyone has any experience with this. Thanks.
