Hi guys, new here, i did post weeks ago, when I thought I might have

MS. Symptoms are worse,and now Im going for a MRI and Spinal fluid

test end of week. As Ive read some more posts the more im feel Im

heading towards this diagnosis. What am I to expect? Really what I

want to know, when and If i am, what can I expect to start to feel

better? My balance is horrible, im dizzy now and the headaches are

so bad!! Will I be hospitalized? I saw someone was in rehab? Is

there a site that mentions what to expect? I havent come across any?

Any help would be appreciated....

I have never heard of that but I love anything that will help me sleep.!!!!

I have some issues with PTSD also from an abusive relationship I was in years

ago....it tramatised me.

There was a time when I was sleeping but never resting, in fact sleep was my

nightmare because when ever i did it i woke up even more exhausted then when I

was awake. this was because when I was asleep my PTSD set in. Anyway I have done

loads to combat this and I am still battling with it but the best tool I have

found to help me with this is the McKenna, I can make you sleep CD
