Guest guest
Ingrid, Do not try and figure your cycle right now because I had a really weird discharge after the surgery..It looked almost like red clay water...It didn't have an odor or old blood smell. It was just odd to see and it wasn't like a pre period or post period bleed either...Dr. Levin said this was ok and not to worry and I didn't, but my first period came like two weeks early and it wa HEAVY...No clots or cramping, no mood swing for me, but the flow was so heavy I went thru a pad and tampon in a hour...I had DH buying them like I had stock in Kotex..LOL When you get home from the surgery, make sure you have an adult to help you, My sons (9 & 7) tried to do for me, but I needed help with trying to get in and out of bed the first two days and I only weight 165 and stand 5'7 " ...Let the boys get you plenty of water and cold drinks, but have a strong person around to help you with any kind of lifting or pulling please, trust me..I hope you have a wonderful time in Louisville, if you stay at the Inn ask for Mark(he is a black, skinny guy who works the front desk and sometimes drives the shuttle)to take you and your support person(who is going with you?) to the Old spaghetti Factory..It is about 6 blocks away...Take a camera, because they have horse drawn carriages setting outside that will give you a ride around the town for a good price..Eat good for the next day you will be to ill to eat, maybe, I was at least...Hugs and Baby Wishes**** Lee
