in the last couple of years i have tried hard but fail when it comes to

automated help on the phone, especially verizon. i start out calm but when they

start saying 'i can help you' and 'sorry, i didn't understand' after i've cussed

them out or said 'just give me a f'ing human being' and then verizon plays what

sounds like jungle music and i'm pounding 0000000, trying to get someone but

their automated service is telling me i can get help on the web and i'm saying

'if i wanted to be on the web, i'd be there' and still i'm holding, i'm holding

now as i'm pouding the keys and my rage is building and i have yelled so LOUD it

actually shocked me, wondering if anyone else has this?

I think this is a universal problem and common reaction to complete incompetence, horrible customer service, and utter frustration – for most people, with or without 4S. I do not have 4S (my son does), and not only have I felt complete rage in this situation, and expressed it, but have seen many others (without 4S) react the same way. this website (and others like it) have really helped me: http://gethuman.com/.

it shows how to go directly to a person instead of the menus. for some it's not

possible but it is for many and has really saved me a lot of annoying phone

time. good luck!
