Guest guest
Hi I have been quite interested in the coconut info. Thanks for sharing the info. I knew about people eating E.V.coconut oil and have even had some of my customers ask for me to use it in lotions etc. But I thought it was an expensive extravagance. Since I have 50lbs of 76degree regular coconut is there any reason I shouldn't start with trying it and then move on to the virgin grade? I experimented and used some to cook my eggs this morning and had no ill effects. It isn't hydrogenated and I think that is a big thing to watch for. I realize the virgin would be full of extra goodies but this should be OK don't you think? I am learning a lot for every ones discussions, Thank you Karrie
