Guest guest
Hi ! Small internet world! I've seen you over on fast5 but didn't realize u were over here too. Typing from my phone as I'm having computer troublesChantelle It is likely that is why you are feeling good and why you have lost weight. When we deplete our bodies of nutrients by eating a ton processed foods, our bodies are still craving nutrients and vitamins, thus causing us to be hungry still. We then seek out more foods and continue the depletion of nutrients, which causes us to overeat. When we nourish our bodies with whole, raw, organic, healthy foods that are rich in minerals, nutrients and vitamins, our bodies become satisfied and we are not hungry. Additionally, besides weight loss, the amount of vitamins and minerals we put in our bodies helps fight off disease and can keep us very, very healthy. Adding processed foods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals etc to our bodies causes our cells to treat those as toxic or foreign and the cells start doing things to rid them, which overworks them and can kill them. So, yes, whole foods, raw foods, organic foods CAN heal anything. > > I am wondering if that is why my EN is so mild?
