greetings all,

many years ago i found a book that has helped me a lot over the years in not

getting too down when things get bad.  it's a daily meditation book for people

with cronic illness.  it's smaller than the average paperback and each page is

for a different day of the year.  the title is One More Day.  the author is

Sefra Kobrin Pitzele and it was published by Hazelden Foundation. ISBN:

089486-519-6

i just talked to the publisher and unfortunatly it is out of print. i did find

it on amozon.com used starting and less than $3.  i will be calling back the

publisher monday to see if i can get permission to type and share things from it

(pesky copyright laws).

anyway, it's a great little book that has really help me over the years.  it is

very spiritual, but not religious.  i recomend it to anyone with cronic health

issues.  ilke i said. it is great at keeping me from getting too down from it

all.

blessings,

elizabeth

I found a great way for my self I just kick the dog and yell at the kids works

every time LOL no not really. I do have a few books I use here both religious

and motivational. It they do not help then the American survivalist will as if I

get that bad I will just find a place to live as a hermit away from every one

and that way there safe from me and I do not have to put up with them! but I

sure will miss having my meals cooked for me as last time I tried it that

dang microwave just did not cut it when plugged in to a knot hole in the closest

tree I dang near starved to death as I ran out of trail mix and candy bars .

That was that hardest 4 hours I ever spent in the woods!

Hugs ya all
