Guest guest
Well, I'm in my new home, the truck has been sent back to U-haul. I'm going through the boxes and getting ready to organize the storage area in the garage. My bosses have given me another week before I return to work so I can finish up my project. The pain level is about 5-6 again, but I will get better as I find what I need to take care of myself. Soaked in the tub with epson salts last night and slept very well. I will begin reading the posts again soon and try to contribute. Jill in TX

Guest guest
, I am sorry that you do not have a bath. Do you have a friend that you feel comfortable enough asking if you can bathe at their home? This is the only solution I know. Or rent a hotel room (cheaply) with a bath. If you do rent a hotel room to get the bath, you will want to look at the slant of the bath tub. The older bathtubs are much better and are a nice 45 degree angle. The newer bathtubs are sometimes concave, which is not a nice position for your back. Good luck!
Guest guest
Hi, You can get a pan of hot water, put in the epsom salts and soak your feet. That get it in your system, and removes toxins. Guest guest
Kathy thanks so much for your concern. I do have a couple of friends here in this town but I wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere but my own home to soak in a bath. I could have bought one years ago when there was an auction here and there was one of those walk -in baths for sale. It went for only $10!! I wanted to get it but my son said " No " There was no room for it to go anywhere. Our bathrom is so tiny and only room for the shower and toilet. So my relaxation comes after my shower when I lay down in bed for a while. I'm so glad that it's cooler here now. I hate the summer, it's so hot. Anyway I've lasted this long without one, I guess I can go on without it. I've given up all painkillers now. They were actually killing me! I never thought I could do without them but I am getting along now. I might even go back to bed for a while. All the best,
