Guest guest
Hi : I saw now saw this post after I had answered your other email. Between reading this email and what I said to you, I suspect even more about the help that book might offer you. Personally I hate those drugs they are coming up with for fibro. I do not know anyone who is doing better from taking them. My sister almost died from them. Not an exaggeration. I think good food, lots of veggies, low carb diet such as no sugar, white bread, etc. helps way more than any drug. Also, a stress relieving activity such as the one I suggested in the other email plus meditation, yoga, exercise of any kind like we talked about last week. So I took so long getting back to you. I¹ve been in an uproar around here myself recently. Have a wonderful day. rosemarie > > > > > > tree, > Thanks for asking.
