Guest guest
, Good post. Name calling and innuendoes do nothing as far as adding knowledge to the subject of PCa. BTW: I believe the word is "megalomanic", Hi. (In any case, I learned the meaning of a new word). Metcalf wrote: Closure of thread -Please I do not want the personal naming of Drs and professionals on the group.Terms like "many of the experts do not agree" are fine. However "Dr X is a pompous oaf" doesn't fit with the group philosophy. I do not want to be a meglamanic group owner - just to see pleasantly worded e-mails where differences can be debated happily. There are some things that will never be agreed on, that is no reason to stop debating them - but people must debate them in a "kindly" fashion - PLEASE!This is not a ban on debate it is a request for etiquette. Guest guest
Thanks I have had similar personal posts and a phone call in the same vein. This naming of doctors ban is only in respect to naming and shaming, factual good stuff is OK. but thsi is not the place to flame professionals - although we all want to do it from time to time. Guest guest
, Thanks for your response and PLEASE understand I was not trying to ne a Smart Ass. I love to learn the meanings of words that I may have never bothered to worry about in my younger days, if you know what I mean. Thanks again, Metcalf wrote: This proves we are all human and can loose spelling/typing ability when thinking too much about the subject matter! -----Original Message----- From: V.
