Guest guest Posted January 1, 2002 Report Share Posted January 1, 2002 Good News! I made substitutions yesterday (ate NO tuna--the thought of it when I was hungry absolutely KILLED me!) So instead, I SKIPPED the tuna and I ate 4 oz of an oven cooked chicken with my tumeric, cumin, spice chicken broth sauce AND I ate a sourdough muffin (both sides) with 1 TBSP pf Blackberry Jam to get rid of my sugary fruit craving...instead of just plain toast. AND I am pleased to say, despite this variance, I still LOST 4lbs since YESTERDAY--in ONE day!! Yee haw!!! If my little substitions work, THIS diet will be bearable and I will do it more regularly (every other week, perhaps)with WW as my " normative " maintenance/less rapid losing plan!! For those of you appalled at the choices, try making substitutions comparable in calorie and food group in order to tailor it to meet your preferences!
