I don't think it's craving for salt, but rather, iodine, which, of course is what we use in our thyroid. In the articles by Dr. Berry from Shomon's site, if he is correct, then it would be iodine craving. I was astonished at the actual amt of iodine we actually should be getting, rather than the little 200 mcgs that WHO reccommends. If what he's saying about all the iodine in our bodies, I couldn't possibly have iodine allerge, otherwise, I'd be dead already. It must be something in with iodine products. It gets so confusing.
