Guest guest
Thanks so much for the card. That was so sweet. I was deleting my messages and found it. I have so many messages that I can't read but glad I found this one. Sorry I haven't been back in touch with you all. I have been so sick. I got a picc line today so hopefully the abx will help. I sure hope so as I've never been this sick and I thought I had been really sick. I didn't want to go back on abx but didn't have a choice. Thanks again, Connie http://www.deepestfeelings.com/music_greeting.php?id=697451 & preview=1 Jim :-)------------------------------------If your post is not about electronic devices used in the treatment of Lyme then please put an OT: in the subject line.-------------------------------
Guest guest
Hi Connie, Nice to hear from you... :-) I hope you are doing okay, gotta feel better being home... Yeah, we thought a card would perk you up, even if it came from us... LOL! Congrats on your Picc line! Don't you just love it... :-) What kind of abx are they going to give to you? Sometimes a short course of abx can get you back into a better place... Please consider one or two good probiotics while on abx, you will need them... Well you need them all of the time, but even more so while on abx.. Take it easy and get better, Jim > > > > > > > > > http://www.deepestfeelings.com/music_greeting.php?id=697451 & preview=1 > > > > Jim :-) > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > If your post is not about electronic devices used in the treatment of Lyme > > then please put an OT: in the subject line. > > > > ------------------------------- > >
Guest guest
Thanks Jim, yes it is better being home even though I can't do anything and am stuck in bed. That's really hard for me. I had a hard lesson yesterday, I decided it was time I did something for myself and " tried " making some tea. I didn't get it made and hubby was helping me back to the bed and I passed out. For some reason, I can't tolerate being upright for very long at all. I can't even sit let alone walk. I really don't know what is causing that unless it's the POTS. I sure hope that gets better and soon. I just got my first dose of rocehpin a little while ago. So far no miracles but I'm still hoping. :0) Yes, I'm taking good probiotics, I learned that a long time ago. I wish I had learned more about detox then though. I'm really working hard on that one this time. I just didn't realize how important that is. Thanks again for the card. Guest guest
Hi Connie, Very sorry to hear you are so weak... I hope someone can help you outside everyday to spend some time in the sun, it is a real healer... You only need 15 - 30 minutes (or more is better) between Noon and 2:00PM, no sunglasses, no sunscreens and as much skin showing as possible. You will get your daily dose of Vit D3 this way, don't forget, the skin exposed to the sun don't wash with soap, water only as it takes the D3 up to 48 hrs to penetrate your skin... Are you eating good and healthy? Also taking a good daily vitamin and B complex? Also, mag oil may also be very beneficial, as I recall I believe you have some... Mmmm yummy, Rocephin... :-) Well this is a good pathogen killer short term, let's see what it does... Yes, detox is so very important... While you are laying in bed, deep breathing exercises are a good method of detox... Take a nice slow deep breath in, filling your diaphragm, not your chest, counting 1-2-3-4, then hold for 1-2-3-4 and to exhale, bring your lips almost together and count 1-2-3-4-5-6 (or more as), as you force all this air out, this is an excellent way to detox toxins from your lungs... I have been doing this for years now, on my exhale I can get up to 30! Also drink plenty of filtered or distilled water, the more the better... Peeing is another excellent way to detox.. I am praying for you and this little bump in the road is over quickly... Take care, jim > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > http://www.deepestfeelings.com/music_greeting.php?id=697451 & preview=1 > > > > > > > > Jim :-) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > > > > If your post is not about electronic devices used in the treatment of > > Lyme > > > > then please put an OT: in the subject line. > > > > > > > > ------------------------------- > > > >
Guest guest
Connie I get the not being able to stand or sit when oneof two things are off, either not enough electrolytes or not enough salt in the body. For electrolytes i will use Emergen-C an over the counter product found in most drugstores and even walmart.I will open and use three to five packages at a time.as to the salt, I will take a teaspoon of sea salt and liberally sprinkle it on something to eat, wince at the saltiness but very shortly will feel much stronger .janRe: You guys just send a card to Connie! Guest guest
Connie, Did you have your adrenals checked. I fainted once when my adrenals were depleted and felt faint often upon getting up. Once I started with Cortef that went away. I hope you find some answers soon.
