WELCOME Chelle!

Don't feel bad. I missed his phone calls TWICE! LOL. I still haven't got to

talk to him in person but have talked back and forth in e-mails. It's really

great how fast he gets back to you! :-)

I don't think any age is necessarily too old. If you got it, you got it.

Either you can or you cant at any age. I wish you all the best!!!! :-)

-- Hi all and newbie to all this

Hi all --

My name is Chelle and just sent my first email to Dr. Levin the other

day regarding my situation and UNFORTUNATELY missed the phone call

when he called me back (ONE of the disadvantages to working at

home!!!)

Anyway -- I started reading the group emails the other day and here

is a TOTALLY different situation in my case -- I'm 46, TL done about

17 years ago (my youngest is now 20 and I have a 23 year old son).

Marc, my DH is the same age as I am with a 15 year old daughter and

both of us wanting at least one more child.

We of course, because of the age factor are getting a LOT of flack

needless to say, but the way we look at it is LETS AT LEAST TRY --

if Dr. Levin says " its a no go " we accept that, but my situation too,

was after having both of my children -- NOT wanting to get married

again for a long time and just wanting to raise the two that I had to

the best of my ability -- I had 2 other marriages before Marc and I

got married and I didnt want to get pregnant with EITHER of those

marriages. I guess I have to be hopeful in the fact that my periods

are still regular and other than 2 c-sections and my tubal, NO other

major surgeries, plus I work at home, so it would be an ideal

situation and lastly, having finally " settled down " am able to give

my future child my FULL attention!!!!

Anyway -- I'm glad to meet all of you and want to get to know as

many of you as I can -- I guess at this point, just asking for a lot

of prayers from all of you that the surgery can be a suceess as I am

starting to do for " all of my NEW sisters " .

Your sister in life,

Chelle

I was amazed at how quickly the staff gets with you after you fill out the

initial contact form online. I filled mine out at work and when I got home

there was a message that they had called, like right away after I submitted

it! Great service!
