I have had such a stressful and busy week, that I forgot to

WI yesterday. I was all concerned about what I was wearing

for a big meeting (even though I had picked it out the

night before!). It's very cold here 20-30 these last few

mornings, so I couldn't just wear my " blue suit " that is my

standby.

So, I did it this morning. I was up 2 pounds. This is sad

for me since I had hit a 10 pound mark the week before.

Breakfast is so easy for me. Slimfast at the first pang of

hunger (~8am), which gives me both a milk and a water, I

think. Then, when the 2nd pang hits, I have a can of V8

juice: a vegetable and a water! So, I get the morning

going so well. The lunch/dinner time is what doesn't work

as well. We are so busy that I have to improvise a lot.

My husband really enjoys the break to leave campus (we both

work at Texas A & M) and go somewhere. So, we eat a lot of

subway. Dinner, if we are home, is low-fat and good for

us. If we are out, though, I just try to stay on the plan

as best I can. Black beans are my new favorite versions of

burritos and such.

So, back and track and frustrated with myself that I didn't

behave better last weekend. I also hope a lot of it is

" stress weight " (surely that's a real thing!) and will fall

off once this week is over. It's not a BAD week, just

packed and BUSY!

Love and Losses to all,

Lori
