Experience with rifing for herpes?

another one of my MONSTER cold sores. They affect my whole body, much like a herx, and I get pain that seems to me to be neurological.

So I guess I'm getting brave enough to rife for it, but I wanted to read about others' experience first. I'm kind of scared to be in so much
