It will truly be a blessed day when we get the money for the research. I can only hope that it will happen in 's lifetime. She has put so much time, effort and energy into this group.cause.

I hate to sound like a broken record, (Ü), but with no money, no funding. It is up to us to come up with it. All the money put into this cause thus far will be of waste unless others put in.

For Christmas, all I want is a cure to EN. Don't you? That will be my wish this holiday. When friends, famil and colleagues ask what to get you...ask them to make a tax deductible donation to NORD-EN.

Hello,

This group is what I am grateful for this Thanksgiving Holiday. Especially to those who respond or read our worries, comments, thoughts and concerns. You all have given me hope and strength - continually. Because this group, I do not feel alone. Before the Internet, I thought I was the ONLY person in the world with EN; I felt so alone. As far back as I can remember, Doctors thought I may have HIV, LUPUS, you name and they thought it. As the years have moved on, more and more doctors are becoming familiar with our issue. I just wish they would become more inclined to figure out the better ways of finding the root causes and/OR find more effective ways of treating EN. As I have had enough steroids, injections, pain meds, xrays, lab work and biopsies to last a life time.

Rebeca, I would like to thank you for not only moderating the group, but for being a True Advocate for those of us who have had no knowledge of EN. You have had the strength to keep positive, move forward, research and reach out to those of us in need. I have thrown in the towel so to speak, too many times to count. Knowing that you are always here, has been a game changer for me. Rebeca, you have turned a simple "yahoo group" into a life-source and have changed lives. I thank you and although I have never personally met you, I love you.Your spirit has touched me and my family in more ways than you know.

Everyone, I hope you take today to celebrate your loved ones, every blessing and each gift that each new day brings. Enjoy, Relax and Indulge in Love.

Dear AJ and Group,Thank you for those very kind words. I too felt like the only person with EN for decades before the internet. In my innocence I thought if I could find maybe 100 people we could "figure it out" and get well. Now our group has 2,555 members and I realize it takes more than numbers of members to cure us--if sheer numbers would do it, we'd have cures for common cancers--but the world is still struggling with finding them. I continue to feel that research is the key to finding the treatments we need. And while I'm at it, I want to thank all our members and their friends who donated to our EN Research Fund. A few dollars from everyone would help so much. And since so many disorders overlap, maybe the research we fund will find cures and treatments for related disorders as well. I'm having some company for Thanksgiving, so I am going to be busy. And I will be grateful for my wonderful "family of friends" that I have found at the EN Support Group.May God Bless us All.Love,http://poems2order.wordpress.com/Please enter Erythema Nodosum.........Thanks!Subject: Thank You my Friends! To: erythema_nodosum_Group Date: Thursday, November 25, 2010, 7:19 AM
