Dear All,We'd like to remind the Northwest residents (and farther afield if you fancy a day out in sunny Manchester!) of our next meeting. We had a good turnout and a great meeting back in April. Thank you everybody. Our new format of starting earlier in order to share food and catch up ensured that everyone felt welcome and full before we started the meeting. It would be lovely if you could join us. Please let us know if would like to attend.NORTHWEST HERBALISTS MEETING on SATURDAY 21ST JULY 20121st Floor, Milton Hall, 244 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4BQ at 1pm - 5pm Register at the front desk and make your way to the first floor. Click here for the map to find Milton Hall:Agenda:Meet at 1pm for a shared lunch, please bring food to share, tea, coffee etc will be provided. Presentations of 10 - 15 minutes to commence 1:30 - 2:00pmish.Presentation – ‘Food and Mood’ by Herbalist and Nutritional Therapist Dalbinder Bains. Dietary and supplement support for mental health problems.Presentation – Latest research on Herbs. We will try to focus on "Nervous system" but

depending on latest releases we may also discuss any latest studies of particular interest. From pub med and other sources by Sue Sprung Medical Herbalist.Case studies - on related topics - an opportunity to present any relevant case histories for discussion. Or any case studies that you may wish to share and or seek support with.
