Explain that oyu want your money back for both days because they wasted your time by not doing what they were supposed to! They don't care about the injured worker, it would be so simple if they would just send us to good Drs. and get us the proper meds and treatments, so we CAN get better and go back to work. Now wouldn't that save the companies $$$$ in the long run??? Of course Work Comp can't be simple. I understand about you not wanting to cause a " problem " with the Dr. that laughed at you. Cause right now it feels like Work Comp controls our lives, it is a very scary place to be right now. Just hang in there, NEVER give up cause that is what Work Comp wants us to do. I am here for you.
