Guest guest
I did 4 minutes of Ab work (Boot-camp ABs) and 14 minutes of legs/bottom. This used to be a hard one for me to do, and now it is so much easier. My knees were cranky about the squats so I did little baby ones and it was enough. I like moving through workouts even if I know that I will find parts of them hard. It's all a confirmation that I can still them, and a visual confirmation to myself that I'm still on my "feet". More than either one of those, but just moving can feel good, and your joints get to feeling like "yeah, that's right, that's exactly what I was made for"...feeling like oil-lubed joints. Hey, I think I got a bit of an endorphin "rush" there. I'm not telllllling..... Charlotte
