workout update

I did 4 minutes of Ab work (Boot-camp ABs) and 14 minutes of legs/bottom. This used to be a hard one for me to do, and now it is so much easier. My knees were cranky about the squats so I did little baby ones and it was enough. :) I like moving through workouts even if I know that I will find parts of them hard. It's all a confirmation that I can still them, and a visual confirmation to myself that I'm still on my "feet". :) More than either one of those, but just moving can feel good, and your joints get to feeling like "yeah, that's right, that's exactly what I was made for"...feeling like oil-lubed joints. Hey, I think I got a bit of an endorphin "rush" there. :) I'm not telllllling.....:)
