Hey Jim,I've been thinking of doing this for a while now. Do you also break from Rifing? When you do this, what has happened? When in moon cycle do you think is the best week to do it, and should it be after the Spring flare?I've considered doing it while on the road, but I don't want to fall apart while traveling. I know; I'm being clingy. It's just hard to stop doing something that appears to be working.(I just get tired of the routine.) I also think that a vacation from all the maintenance might actually make returning to it afterward even more odious. Be well,Léna HI Bianca, Your hubby is a wise man for taking a break from meds and supps... this gives the body a chance to reset itself... I do this every two months for a week. Well, happy 8th anniversary to you both! Apparently he is wise twice, he married you... :-)))) Enjoy your dance... Jim > > Susie, glad you are back to join in and hope you'll feel better with each passing day. My hubby has been doing well considering he had a full week of meds and supps holiday!!! But the spring sun though he loves to sit in it causes him some flares right now....hope it is a sign of healing for him. Keep fighting lady that you and all others here will be winnders in the end! > > Lena, I loved your comment about the sicker you are the better you will be....WOW, do I hope this is true! > > Today is our 8th anniversary and all he'd like to do is dance with me just for one song "The Dance".....sniff....One fine day I just know he will chase me around the dance floor again! > > Much love to you both, Bianca > > > > >

Hi Lena,

I believe you will find a break from your supps helpful... I usually do this the

first week

of every few months... If you start with say April, then you would next do this

in June and

so on. After a week of being off of them, I reintroduce them back at 3 per day,

making notes

of any issues, usually there isn't... If there are any " must take " supps, I

would continue

using them... I do continue salt/C, but at just 2 grams as it supports the

adrenals... And I

always continue my insomnia supps which now will include mag oil...

I don't break from rifing as I only rife twice a month..

I really don't notice much of anything when I do this... First it kinda gives my

body a chance

to clear all of this out, and then it gives me a chance to find something that

isn't so good for

me when I reintroduce them back into my body.

Well I have never been affected by the moon cycle or spring flare, at least not

that I have

paid attention to, but this year I feel I was affected by the spring flare and

worse when

it was a full moon, so now I am paying attention to this... There is a full moon

now,

I don't seem to be affected...

I don't think you will fall apart when you do this... I haven't and it maybe

that the body

retains a lot of these supps much longer than a weak, I really don't know.. I

too was concerned

the first time I stopped my supps, but I really seemed to manage just fine..

I would also consider doing this if I got very ill... Again, probably has

nothing to do with

the supps, but then how do I know unless I stop using them...

AND Yes! It is a nice break from the daily grind of having to take these all

the time... Actually

when I start back taking my supps I am glad to be doing it again... I often

wonder if my body

missed something or not... So I really don't seem to mind starting back up..

Try it once and see how you feel.. For me it is a nice break from the routine...

Be well,

Jim

Hi Jim,Thanks for your encouragement. I think I'll give it a try. Will probably keep Rifing and using ABPA A2, with diminished S & C and observe carefully. I pity people around me when I stop my TCM, as that is such a blessing for the mental stuff.=)Be well,Léna Hi Lena, I believe you will find a break from your supps helpful... Hey Jim,I did do that a few weeks ago.  I really like your idea of planning it bi-monthly.

Hi Lena,

If the TCM is really an important part of your well being, then you may wish

to continue using it, just like my insomnia supps are important to me and

I don't take a break from them... These are what I call my " absolutely must

have " supps and I don't stop using them, only all of my other supportive

supps...

The last thing we want to do is take a break from our supps and start feeling

badly, this would be the wrong reason to do this...

Take care,

Jim

Hi Jim,Those who love me might be glad to hear that I'm not going to take a break from TCM! It is really such a mood-lifter!Would you know where one can get medical grade bulk charcoal? I'd like to make my own caps. I just ordered 2.5 lbs of MSM for home capping, and i figure to cap just about everything I can to save $ on supplements. Could use a source for good C too. My only problem with I'm currently using 1500mg. time release tabs, as they fit my pill trays better than others, and I'm not sure a 00 capsule would hold 1500mg. If anyone knows about this stuff, I'd think it would be you!Hope you're having a good week!Be well,Léna Hi Lena, If the TCM is really an important part of your well being, then you may wish to continue using it, just like my insomnia supps are important to me and I don't take a break from them... Yep, I'd like to know if there is bulk charcoal available too? With C, I really like Nutribiotic's Sodium Ascorbate Powder (100% pure buffered pharmaceutical graph C, pH 7.1) No fillers, excipients, allergens, etc. and no GMO's. It's really easy on the stomach.  1/4 teaspoon = 1,100mg.  I'm not sure how much a 00 capsule would hold.

If you don't feel like making capsules, the powder doesn't taste bad.  Every morning I mix a 24 oz of filtered water with a heaping teaspoon of C, a heaping teaspoon of Mag, a heaping teaspoon of MSM, 2 scoops CorvalenM.  Sometimes, I add good salt.

Thanks , I'll order some and see! my capsule machine has made the whole prospect of doing my own so much easier that before. ka ching!
