Well, I did have a forklift run over that foot, right about to that toe. Then I had my dog do a burnout on it, racing to the back yard, not sure what it is. But mine came on quickly, no hammertoes in my family, balls on both feet sore, and the one toe that is stiff and bent.

Oh well, dr. said to tape it, has not helped, will have to go back.

Hi Debbie,Sounds like a hammertoe to me. I have hammertoes on both feet. http://www.epodiatry.com/hammer-toe.htmI was told they would get worse with age and that as long as I can walk, not to have surgery. I never wear heels anymore. When I pull the toe out it springs back like it was on a rubber band. But so far no trouble walking and no pain as long as I have shoes with a large enough "toe box". I doubt EN has anything to do with my toes. My feet look like the rest of the women on my Mom's side of the family...and very narrow too..size 9AA/AAA. I have been reading a lot about prednisone use causing curling toes and hammer toes as well as foot cramping and pain. This is why I am a firm believer in being as holistic as possible. Your adrenals are supposed to do what docs prescribe prednisone for. If your adrenals are not functioning correctly there's a host of problems: inflammation, skin issues, tired, swelling, endema, pain, arthritis, on and on.here's an examplehttp://www.medications.com/effect/view/21003 ML GemmillEN 1975 Well, I did have a forklift run over that foot, right about to that toe. And I will thank you right back. Thanks for all your tireless efforts. If we keep digging who knows what answers we will find. All I know is the drug companies aren't interested in our healing. They are interested in suppressing symptoms. Which, over time, can really cause some damage. That's not to say there aren't some life saving drugs. The more I dig around and research adrenal fatigue (adrenalfatigue.org) and all the issues that it creates, and then test myself and adhere to the recovery program the more I am convinced. I have endless energy, no swelling, I sleep better than I ever have, and my skin looks better than it has ever looked. the Systemic Enzymes have kind of blown me away, too. Not only is it removing all the scar tissue that was in my shoulder from a terrible injury. My ankles are normal for the first time in my life. Take care. ML GemmillEN 1975 Wow! Louise,

I just emailed my dr. to ask about adrenal fatigue testing. I asked if Kaiser does the saliva test. I did look up en on their site, and it had it down to look at NORD, and NORD does not have en listed. You have to request a copy be emailed to you. I am in wait of both. Until then, I am going to hit another county fair this week/end. Not sure what day. It is an old time fair. Went last year with my sis. hope to meet up with my bro too. Then I shall worry about the pain. For today, is another day of living, and trying to forget the problems en has introduced into my life.

..... Toes has to do with people's character too (footreflexology)! When I studied this it was surprising me how it works. Toes/feet are changing all the time (a bit), and so are the owners of the toes.Someone talked about problems on the edges of the nails: depending on which too, there are the beginning/ endings of the meridians (with their own specific "themes").Also every single too has its specific theme, and gives a lot of info if it is curled, big, small, hammerd, etc. Before these mails I wonderd if EN-people has some thing(s) in common.... What I guess (??) is: EN has to do with the immunesystem and that we are sensitive people (right?). Therefore I guess that a lot of us are not seen who we really are, or feel like that. So I think (and some of you wrote about it) that a lot of us have long second toes (probably longer than the other toes or even longer than the big one!). I am really curios if you people recognise yourself in the long(er) second toes.....English is not my first language, so I hope I can make myself clear on this subject....Greetings,GRSent from my iPod

GR,

2nd toe is not longer then big toe. Do you think those late night drives thru the Nevada Desert during nuclear testing has anything to do with this? When I was younger, I used to think they had volcanos in the desert. Wished for him to beat the lava. Remembering the hills turning all red like lavaNo, just my dad trying to save time driving across the desert at night.

Son was born with extra teeth, and a few other things.

Hmmmm, I do not live in your country and do not know about the testings in the desert. I do not know the effects on people of nuclear testing...Only that it is bad for your health and that it can effect the health of children born out of parents which were in contact with radioactivity....If you son might have an extra toe (due to radioactivity or not), footreflexologists probably can tell you the meaning of it...Greetings,GRSent from my iPod
