Guest guest
Josie,Sorry you down. Do you have a netti pot? Or any other thing you can use for a sinus rinse? You might want to try it 2-3/day while the pollen is so high.It really helps, My brain feels so swollen today I am barely able to function so this may not make sense. Our pollen count is in the three thousands, and that added to LD is getting the best of me. I have had a severe problem with muscle spasms since I have been sick. I get them in my trunk, in the muscles on the sides of my body or in my back or breasts or legs. The slightest movement can cause them, and the muscles clench, lock up, and cause intense pain. That is putting it mildly. I do 3 things when that happens.....and it happens often.......I take CALM magnesium powder, along with Ionic Minerals, I use spray on magnesium oil and I apply hot towels. I have done it so often I have a routine. First I turn on the hot water so it can begin running and get as hot as possible. Then I take the supplements. Then I spray on the magnesium oil and by then the water is hot so I apply hot, moist towels to the affected area. Then I go to bed with a heating pad. Guest guest
Hi Josie,I'm so sorry you're having a tough time. We've been discussing potassium and its uses for muscle spasms. There might be a need for it. Jim has been doing lots of magnesium but still got muscle cramps and spasms. I'm beginning to suspect that there's some ratio of mag. to pot. that 's important, and being what lyme is, it might be different for different people. He tried some emergen-C which has several electrolytes and things improved, and others have mentioned that potassium has helped them.whenever i get spasms, it's the first supplement i think of.Be well,Léna My brain feels so swollen today I am barely able to function so this may not make sense.
