Hi, I heard some tums were being recalled, along with a lot of other tylenol

type products. I started taking a b complex, cod liver oil, C, calcium and

magnesium citrate, natural a, E. I got a little afraid after reading about

toxic metals such as copper which is actually in some multiples. I get my

minerals from sea salt-84 minerals. A multiple is hard to give us all we need,

or too much of one thing. I got even more improvement this past year by changing

my supplements. Also trying to, as you say get what I need from foods-low carbs,

moderate protein, high natural saturated fat. I am not trying to sell

supplements, or fad types of supplements.

couple of months ago and can tell a tremendous improvement. My pain level has

gone down dramatically and to the point of bearable. I also take one to two Tums

a day to cut down on the body acid.I am also eating more foods and drinking more

that have antioxidants. Beats the heck out of Lyrica and Cymbalta and all the

poisons the Dr. was prescribing for me. They all got flushed down the commode.
