Hi Bill,

Out of stubborness <g> I haven't tried the Advil yet. I was busy the last few weeks with the I'll show them I'll just suffer and push myself then attitude :) Who was I trying to show? LOL Anyways I will be trying it and also wanted to say you may want to contact the makers of Advil. If nothing else they may send you some for free. I found an awesome BiC XXL pen that enables me to write legibly again. I wrote the company and told them how wonderful their product is and they sent me some in the mail.

Re: Re: Hello, I am back from Cleveland clinic

I feel for you both. I am watching my husband wither before my eyes. what is scaring me is that a year ago he had episodes. sometimes months apart, today he has symptoms everyday. i have started a diary just for his symptoms.

I finally got insurance again. its a ppo, not an hmo, so we don't have to screw around with refererrals all over. i found a few docs in Denver, about an hour away that specialize in MS and related disorders. First appt available? Jan 19. argggghhhh!

he too had an mri with contrast that showed lesions. that doc said his migraines caused it. that men don't get MS. My husband can't walk without support most days. sleeps all 48 hours of his days off. has spasms in his arms and legs and also has the fogginess and disorientation. at 38, he has periods of incontinence and other very personal ahem, control issues. no, i don't think its just his migraines. sorry, but i feel so helpless and angry when it comes to this.

i am praying for the people on this list, even tho i don't write much, you help us stay sane.

PS sorry for venting.

May God bless you and keep you until we meet again!

Hi Tammy I might try that.

When I was younger my brother owned a 4 wheel drive truck and took it out 4 wheeling one time and when he washed the truck out he had a nice surprise. He found a Timex watch he had picked up while mudding.

Bill,

Did it really still work?? I've often wondered if they are as tough as they say they are.

Tammy that was so long ago I don't remember if it did or not.

We are almost neighbor's Judy and I live in Indiana and not too far from the Ohio boarder. Lynn and Shirley both also live in Indiana. Lynn lives about 20 miles away and we both go to the same local MS meeting in Greenfield, IN.
