Guest guest
Hi Iria I used it successfully alongside vascular tonics etc in a patient with nasty case of phlebitis (not vasculitis, I know, but with some of the same pathophysiology) (- she said that when they erupted, it felt like she had been kicked by a horse! - ouch..) Her orthodox treatment had given her very nasty side effects and not stopped the problem and she had a whole " onions worth " (lots of layers) of related problems which resolved beautifully. (The anti inflammatories aggravated the related menorrhagia, and the Danol for the menorrhagia had made her put on weight and grow a moustache...so she had stopped it and had a serious problem with it) Circulatory tonics were the main thrust of my treatment (and stress reduction), but `I felt the echinacea was an important part of the initial treatment. hope this helps Sally O > Dear list, > > I will be treating a patient with this conditions. Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I know I asked this question a few years ago but I am wondering if we have more people now that might be able to answer this. I have recurring bouts of vasculitis, one going on right now. I was wondering if any of you have this and if so, how long do your bouts last and how do your dr's. treat it? Thanks, Beth **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps! Guest guest
I have not had it personally, but my boss is just now getting over her bout with it. She has taken about a month or so to get over it. April
Guest guest
Hi Beth, I have vasculitis and they treat it with steroids. They didn't know what it was for a long time, but now that they do, my flares are shorter with treatment.
