Guest guest
My out break of EN was stress related. I had not been sick or on any medication for six months prior to the outbreak. After the first attack I've experienced many short lasting attacks. Say for a week or so my left hand will hurt or maybe one of my legs will hurt. I can become almost crippled in a day but thank god it doesn't last very long. I don't always get the sores. Is that common? How do I protect myself from having a full blown attack? I tried taking steroids twice this last summer and while it cleared up the EN for a week I would get lung infections. So I'm not wanting any more steroids. I had blood tests done for autoimmune diseases but all were negitive. Any suggestions of meds, foods or any thing else I need to know about would be great. Thank you Carla
