Guest guest
Me three, if i could keep the eating consistent, weight loss would be easier. I agree with baby steps as well. Just got my boot camp cd's with dog tags. My husband laughed at them, I told him I plan to pull out the one that says will power every time I hear the chocolate calling me...Delana. -----Original Message-----From: Mother Earth (Tyra) Sent: Monday, March 07, 2005 7:05 PMTo: tae-bo_on Subject: Stacey: WAS: I reached my goal for my birthday today! Stacey, Me, too! I have about 15 lbs to lose but I am struggling with eating. I do tae bo faithfully (6-7 days per week) and was on fire at one point with my eating but have fallen by the wayside. Garnett has inspired me to set another goal for myself which is 5 lbs weightloss for this month. I figure if I start small it won't be so overwhelming. I have also been participating in the summer abs and arms challenge. I was resistant to do push ups initially but have actually found that I like the challenge. Anyway, I just wanted to encourage you and me, too now that I think about it, to continue to eat in a way that supports weightloss! Tae Bo Love Tyra I have about 7-10 pounds now to lose myself and have been getting back to Tae Bo over the last couple of weeks, and already feel great. I must work on my eating habits, however, but I find that the more I do Tae Bo, the better I want to eat so I don't mess that up.
