Guest guest
I know how you feel it has been a long wait have you checked back with the dr? you should know by now. everything will be ok. truett is 12 months now and he is completely on target for all of his milestones. we never know what tomorrow will bring so instead of always worrying about it we just take things day by day. once i was able to stop worrying so much about the what ifs i have enjoyed my baby so much more. best of luck in your journeys Sent from AT & T's Wireless network using Mobile Email - Re: Welcome ! - Hi my name is and thankyou for the intro. will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. I have one older son who is 6 and is just fine. When I was pregnant everything seemed ok, but after having him the dr.s came in the recovery room and I knew something was wrong. It was hard to take in at first. I am still waiting on the Karotype which we do not have the results yet, it's seems like a long wait when I was told it should only take two or three weeks. The dr's told me it looks like Mosiac because he only has the slant in his eyes which can't really tell when there opened and the sandle gap toe other than that he doesn't have anything else. I am so up in the air with everything. So still waiting to hear as in the results yet. -- In MosaicDS , Kristy Colvin wrote: > > Hi Everyone > We have a new family joining us today! Guest guest
! Hello, and welcome! My name is Casey Morton. Through all of it, with the process of the medical examinations, and what not. There's something I would have atleast ask you. If thier is infact a time where all the health, and medical work if you ever feel like a load of stuff was just left in your brain to process that might be hard to. It might be hard, but remember to simply breathe. I am 29, and I have MDS. And I remember how it was for my parents. Kristy [President of IMDSA] will be back sunday, and or monday. There's the IMDSA website, which I'm sure you already know about... Yet, also on facebook. There isn't a person, or a few people I would reccomend you talk to, becuase we are all here to talk, learn, and unite. Again my name is Casey, and I hope to talk to you soon. Casey Morton. Guest guest
Hi , congratulations on the birth of your son! This seems too long to wait for your son's blood test. They told me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks and I said that was not acceptable and they said it could be as early as a week. I told them to please try to rush it and they did, it was back in 1 week. I would check in with them. They also told me that since he did not have a heart murmur, he did not need a timely echo-cardiogram, but I pushed (and researched!) and got one a 2 months, which is the latest recommended for newborns. Educating yourself will be helpful going forward. You have a great group here to help you with that and the internet is a good source.
