Guest guest
Good work, and keep us posted on your blood pressure. This morning I wondered why I said yesterday that I would do Cardio Bootcamp because I sure did not want to do it this morning. I eventually put in the DVD and did the workout and am so glad that I did. I was on a high after completing that workout! Tae Bo is truly a blessing to me. I think I would feel a bit lost if I did not have tae bo in my life! Tae Bo Love Tyra Day 20 - HA!!! Day 20 consisted of a 45 minuted Tae-Bo Strength workout. My shoulders were still sore from yesterday's Basic Training Bootcamp workout but I gutted through a workout today. Concerning my blood pressure post earlier, I am still concerned. I went to Eckerds and had it measured again and it dropped to 131/77. I am wondering if all the stress from my job, my wife's preganancy, and having a more agressive attitude has elevated it. Probably so, but I don't want to assume anything. Hopefully everything will drop back into the 120/60 range. Dave
Guest guest
Tyra, Good for you! See, you didn't want to perform cardio and ended up doing it any way. That's dedication!!! Tae-Bo is a blessing to me as well. I have always been wanting an exercise program like Tae-Bo that would work my body the way it does. Maybe I'm biased but I have not been attracted to any other exercise program by anyone else. Oh well. Different strokes for different folks. What works for some may not work for others. Anyway, keep up the good work and let all of us finish up this challenge tomorrow sweatin' to some punching and kicking. Take care and enjot the rest of your weekend.
