NEW Challenge

Ok, I read that a few of you would like to start another challenge. I was waiting to see if someone else was going to start one. But I guess I will start it going. OK, NEW CHALLENGE: 100 workouts, Starting May 15th - Sept 30th. That averages out to 5 workouts a week. If you want to do more that is fine, you can either get 100 workouts in quicker, or have a few extra bonus days later if needed. You can do any workout you like, either Tae-bo, walking, biking, hiking. As long as it's not sitting on the couch. I prefer Tae-bo, but that is just me. I do have a couple Slim in 6 tapes that I might mix in 1-2 times a week. If all you can get in is 8 minutes than you still are doing something. I think I will need to bring my calendar next to the TV so I can mark what number I am at each day. Now that I started this, I best be able to finish it. I have always started this, but fell off after a couple weeks. I hope this keeps me going till the end. Thanks,Beckie. Let me know if there is something I might have missed.

Well my challenge will be a lot more short term and maybe those who join both would be able to count the workouts for my 3 week challenge for this 100 workout challenge.

I think it'll work out that those who are interested can join both. Again, as I mentioned in my last post I will post the details hopefully by tomorrow.

I'd like to join this challenge. I'll start on the 15th but because of company coming, I'll have to do something other than tae-bo for the next couple of days, but I'll be back into it on Wednesday!

I've add you to the list. That is fine if you need to do something

else. Or if you just want to add another workout in a different week

also works.

Here is the list again. It gets longer everytime I come to the site.

Thanks Beckie. My dad wants to go to the outlet malls Monday so I figure I'll get a bit of working in. It's just hard to workout when they're here because I workout downstairs and the spare bedroom is downstairs. I just don't want to disturb them. Counting down is going to be fun!!!
