I just love a good challenge! Tae Bo Love Tyra NEW Challenge Ok, I read that a few of you would like to start another challenge. I was waiting to see if someone else was going to start one. But I guess I will start it going. OK, NEW CHALLENGE: 100 workouts, Starting May 15th - Sept 30th. That averages out to 5 workouts a week. If you want to do more that is fine, you can either get 100 workouts in quicker, or have a few extra bonus days later if needed. You can do any workout you like, either Tae-bo, walking, biking, hiking. As long as it's not sitting on the couch. I prefer Tae-bo, but that is just me. I do have a couple Slim in 6 tapes that I might mix in 1-2 times a week. If all you can get in is 8 minutes than you still are doing something. I think I will need to bring my calendar next to the TV so I can mark what number I am at each day. Now that I started this, I best be able to finish it. It's just hard to workout when they're here because I workout downstairs and the spare bedroom is downstairs. I just don't want to disturb them. Counting down is going to be fun!!!
