Guest guest
Thank you Laurie for the invitation to your group..... In my search for the " best " laser product a funny thing has happened: I've enjoyed learning about veterinary rehabilitation. I'm becoming aware that laser therapy is a tiny component to your field, and plan to learn more. But for now I am trying to get as up to speed with lasers.... Our 5 DVM practice has just decided to acquire a unit. I'm looking for published literature either on the human or veterinary side to help me sort through the hype. We would be using this unit in a general small animal practice and also with equine to a lesser extent. We have a client with a swim therapy facility located very near us, who is referring her clients (some are ours) to a clinic 15miles away for laser therapy, and we are tired of hearing about how happy our clients are with this service. If someone could point me in the right direction literature-wise I'd appreciate it. At the same time, if any of you has insights on the following units, or care to share which unit you use, I'd be very grateful. Because of our desire to do some equine I assume we may want to more strongly consider class 4 products. Our short list: Cutting Edge Companion K Laser and more recently Respond's class 4 ...... Thank you! Stanfield DVM Kulshan Veterinary Hospital Lynden, WA www.kulshanvet.com docperry@...
