Which Tests needed for first appointment?

I would like to ask those of you that know, which tests are the ones they

usually ask for at the first appointment? In the effort to speed things up and

save appointments I am thinking of getting those done ahead of time before my

consult on August 11. I need to see progress. Am in a deep funk.My husband is

talking separation now. Thanks.
