Hi Donna-

I am currently wearing a King of Hearts Events Monitor (which is really small in

comparison to the name of it) and will have it until Sept. 9. It doesn't

continually record, only records when I push the " record " button. Holds up to 5

recordings and I transmit them through our land line phone. If there is

immediate danger the LifeWatch company calls my doc who in turn calls me. I

have transmitted, I believe 7 recordings - will have had the monitor one week

Monday coming up. Also, my doc wanted me to buy a BP cuff. Did and my BP has

been elevated. Really felt it yesterday and today. Even my eyes hurt and I can

see pulsating in my eyes. So, my doc may be onto something with his thought of

hypertension.

Thank you for asking Donna. I really do appreciate it - your huge and caring

heart shines through once again.

Huge hugs-

Sandie

Now I have to get my Son-in-law to help me put them on the internet. Hope

everyone is well. Sandie what is happening with your tests? I hope all turns

Sandie, did he go ahead and put you on a low dose of BP meds, or does he want

you on that when you are on the monitor? Two years ago, when Darrell went to

the NH, I started having a irregular heartbeat in the night especially, and I

thought it was just nerves from all the stress I'd been through as well as the

NH stress. I took the BP meds for about 3-4 months, and everything was okay

then. Yesterday, at my annual physical, my BP was 120/68. I don't remember

having the pulsing in my eyes, though, so that does sound like something amiss.

How much longer do you have to wear the contraption? The one I had recorded all

the time. It wasn't too bad to wear but a little unhandy going to the BR and

getting dressed.

Hope you get an answer soon. My sister has had lots of heart problems, and she

went to a good doctor in Omaha. Is your doctor a heart specialist?

Take care.

Sandie,

I am glad to hear they are taking this serious. You always hear how they don't

take woman's heart problems serious. Hope some HBP pills are all you need.

Maybe a little less Chocolate? But it can't be just Chocolate. Hope they get

it under control.

I know with your work, you exercise enough. LOL

Have you heard from at all?

Hugs,
