Guest guest Posted February 27, 2002 Report Share Posted February 27, 2002 Hello all, I have started my WW experience, but I did not lose this week. In the beginning of the week I weighed to make sure I had the accurate weight, and was two pounds lower. Could it be that I had too many High points days. My questions are how much water should I be drinking? Right now I drink about 6-8 8oz glasses. Do I need more. I read the Wendi Plan and I'm going to try it this week. I just get very discouraged and frustrated when the scale doesn't move. I've been stuck at 190 it seems forever!! Any ideas? Have a great day.
