Hi Lena,

I have found you really can't get enough of that good sunshine... The more

the better.. I've spent many hours daily in the sun over the years here in

Florida, no sunglasses, no sunscreens and all of the bad things you hear

about being out in the sun are sadly very wrong... You just don't want to get

a sunburn, slowly acclimate you skin to the sun by adding a little time

each day...

And as soon as the weather warms enough here for me to get out and work

in the yard, like now, I definitely feel much better... The only answer for this

is the sun itself.

The very best time to soak up the sun is Noon to 2:00PM, more of course is

better..

Spending at least 15 - 30 minutes outside during this time, no sunglasses or

sunscreens adds so much health to your body...

You don't need to be in a hot climate to capture the sun, just in an area that

has a lot of sunny days... Of course the colder it is, the more time you will

need to spend in the sun, but it is worth it...

Yes, get out daily and soak up that sun, it really is a healer, yet so many

don't

know this... Years ago doctors knew the sun was healthy as anyone who went

to a sanitarium spent at least an hour or more daily outside in the sun... If

they

couldn't walk, they were wheeled out in wheelchairs and left to sit in the sun..

And remember, when you get enough sun during the day, you need not take

your D3 that day as the sun has giving you all you need!

Be well!

Jim
