Since it's a new year, and many of us have been struggling this past month, I thought a good topic to start would be: GETTING BACK ON TRACK I'm definitely one who needs to get back on track. I had 3 good days, Fri-Sun, then yesterday was bad. Today I am back on track. The most important element of the program, in my opinion, is to JOURNAL! Account for every bite you put in your mouth. Be honest with your SELF. This program works, is healthy, and can be fun. Just Do It!!!
