Speaking of kids playing tricks.......(Long)

Greggory got me good the toher day. I was on the computer and

Greggory was peaking around the corner with his flashlight pointed

into the room. Greggory is just dying for the new nintendo gamecube

to come out so he can play the game Luigi's Mansion. In this game

there are ghosts that Luigi fights off with a flashlight and vacuum.

Anyway, Greggory was peaking around thwe corner saying " (Alec),

do you hear that ghost in there? " He was pretending I was the ghost.

So I start making some scary ghost sounds and Greggory and Alec

giggle. Then Greggory says " I think I'm gonna check it out. You stay

ehre . " He creepsinto the room and says " Any ghosts in here?This

is luigi! " I say " BOO! " He runsscreaming and giggling. Then he does

this scenerio oever and over. It was fun for Alec. But then he is

quiet and so I forget about the game we were playing and I get back

to reading my email. Then I hear Greggory and he is calling from my

bedroom

G: " Hey Jacquie! "

J: " What? "

G: " Come here "

J: " I'm busy. What do you want? "

G: " Come and see this! "

J: " OK BUt just for a second. "

So I go over to the bedroom. " What do you want? " " Look at this " I see

the door opened up half way and on the doorknob is Greggory's beloved

blanky tied and pulled onto the bed. I get closer to look at it

better and he pushes me from behind past the banket snare and into

the corner behind the door. Greggory yells " I got you now you ghost! "

ANd runs away giggling. I start laughing. I was TRicked and tricked

good! LOL

YAY Greggory! What a lot of great things it took to play that trick on you -- a

sense of humour, advance planning, duplicity.....IT'S MASSIVE!!!!! That is

I know! He was my little genius that day! It still makes me

laugh when I think about it. He was so careful to not call me

ghost.LOL I didnt even see it coming. The gamecube for nintendo came

out yesterday. Jeff bought him it. I guess I am going to have to be

on my toes.....you never know when Greggory will be planning another

attack for this " ghost " .LOL

Yup! Greggory has a wonderful imagination! He can be so creative. He

learned to talk from TV and games are the greatest reinforcer for him!
