OT - Re: Chlorella/Candida

Hi Lena, I'm not sure when the best time to take Chlorella is. I was told by

Dr. K's office to take it on an empty stomach at least a half hour away from

other stuff. But then I know people who mix it with food, or in smoothies and

say they get good results too. So, not sure.... Maybe somebody else does..
