Hey, congrats on maintaining! Ok...for the drinks....are you drinking beer or

other? Could you try a light beer? How many calories is in a near beer? Could

you alternate a real with a fake? If you're choosing mixed drinks, could you

have one mixed, then one diet soda, then another mixed drink?

I have no idea how many points are in drinks, but could you bank your points and

try to accommodate yourself that way? LOL Could you have your buddy keep track

of the number you drink? ROFL

Here's to a good on-program weekend. Enjoy that weekend--that's what they're

for.

Weekly weigh in

Bad news: I didn't lose any weight this week

Good news: I didn't gain any weight this week

There's always a bright side. I also have a pretty good idea what I did

wrong. (Had a little too much to drink this weekend, but if I can do that

and remain the same, that's pretty good.)

I've started keeping track of my journal again, which I had slipped. Though

I didn't journal all the drinks. (It was hard to remember the next morning

exactly how many I'd had.)

I'm going to a playoff game on Saturday (Cardinals vs Diamondbacks). I kind

of wish weekends didn't exist, it would make this so much easier. (But life

wouldn't be as fun.)
