Guest guest
If we are suppose to avoid acidic foods I would love to get a list of what foods are considered acidic so I can avoid them. I have avoided starchy foods and sugar mainly. The only starch I eat a little of is wheat bread two slices on some days and the only sugar is strawberries I eat and sometimes a small apple. Except for that I do not have any starches or sugars. I am also diabetic and need to watch my carbs and sugars. Thank you all Theresa

Guest guest
Test your Saliva pH. Are you like the 90% of us Fibros who are the Overly Acidic Version? (Saliva pH lower than 7.4) If so, then yes, eliminate all acidy foods. The Treatment page on www.FibroFix.com tells what we do every day to live without the symptoms of FMS. annie
