What foods should we avoid eating and dealing with stress??

I would like to know if there are certain foods that are not good for people

with fibromyalgia?

I seem to be having a lot of indigestion and just not feeling so great after

eating sometimes.

I have also been getting a lot of anxiety which comes and gos. I have been

under a lot of stress with my husband being sick and also with some health

issues of my own.

I get a lot of stiffness on my right shoulder which is the worse spot for me. I

also get it in my back and in my legs if I sit for too long.

But when I have any stress or sometimes after eating certain things I get my

whole left should feeling stiff. The stiffness goes down my left arm and also

around the left side of my chest sometimes. It feels almost like you are having

a heart attack sometimes,

It goes and comes and when I am under a lot of stress is when it is the worse.

Anything you can do for this? Or any foods I should be avoiding?

Is there any supplements or other treatments that help?
