Also had I waited my brag day brag would have been different. I mentioned before, I think, the dojo where my class is held has very big full length mirrors (full length of the room too) and we face them for 90% of the class. Today I was noticing my forearms and lower legs (I wear capris) and saw how muscular they look. They are the thinnest parts of my body so the muscles really show.
