Funny you should say that.  I have maybe a cup or two left over from a couple years ago.  I didn't notice any difference then, but I wasn't cutting it.  I'll try again.  I think maybe I got my electrolytes out of balance.  I did 6 pack of EmergenC yesterday and today and it seems to be helping.  I think it has more potassium in it than Trace Minerals.  Tonight I took a potassium supplement along with mag and also added in some sea salt.  Good grief.

I've also been having a lot of back flank pain.  Isn't this kidney related?  I did some blood work yesterday, and I know they are checking liver and kidney enzymes so we'll see.  I really feel like I'm going backward right now. :(

Blessings,

Hi ,

You might want to try more mag oil. Magnesium has helped many hearts

on our groups....

Take care,

Jim

Hi ,Remember the Lyme two-step?Two steps forward, one step back. It's part of the rhythm of killing and detox, and just when we get the routine smooth, the band tinkers with the tempo! If your kidneys prove to be an issue, TCMs Golden Book and 8-flavor Rehmannia could help balance their chi. Certainly helped mine. Hope you feel better soon. You might want to hold off on any extra potassium until you know what your kidneys are doing, though.Be well,Léna Funny you should say that. Lena, Thanks for the potassium tip.  (although I do think it's helping my heart).  I think today, I'll take a supplement break.  Oh, shoot, I already took some EDTA and chlorella, I should follow with some binders here in a bit.

I did add in some TCM for the first time today. I have Golden Book and zhi ban di huang which I think is the same as Rehmannia?  I took two of each this morning.  Maybe I should take some more around lunch time?  I hate changing up too much at once, but it seems like we often end up in some crisis and add a bunch of stuff.  (I also added Free and Easy and Au Shin Bu).   Oh well, if something helps, I guess I'll find out when I go off them.

I also think I'll cut my coiling time in half today.???????????????Blessings,

Hi ,Sounds like a good strategy. And please let us know what your kidney test says, OK? All info is helpful to the rest of us.Be well,Léna Lena, Thanks for the potassium tip.
