Hi you can create your own free journal using Google Blog and it is easy to do and your info can be put on the web for your friends to read.

Here is one I did for myself.

BILL,

This is fine but the thing I need is private journaling so that I do not have to worry about someone else reading what I rant about. Most of the time the ranting will take care of the matter and if it does not then I feel better and can face the problem instead of the emotions; and the problem can be solved.

but thank you.

You could join the Copaxone web site Copaxone and they don't require you to take Copaxone to use there service. I posted info from one of there pages. They give you a journal to make use of plus a ton of info about MS. They also have different message boards and a chat room.

They have a service called MSWatch and you can email a nurse if you have trouble.

Hi ,

I think it is a good thing to do. If done everyday it will help a lot. It

tells where you have been, what has helped, what has hindered and will just

give good direction. A very good thing to do.

Regards,

Tom

What a great idea! :o)

Challis

I have set up an e-mail address at Yahoo just for writing to myself. I tell myself all my frustrations, fears... Yes, I do reply to myself sometimes, LOL! It helps to go back & read e-mails from several months ago & see how situations turned out. It seems that most all things always have a way of working themselves out and when I see that it seems to make what I'm going through right now a little easier. I also have a friend who opened a Yahoo group just for herself. Her own personal place for her thoughts, pictures, calendar...Don't know if this helps anyone, just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents. :-)Smiles,
