Happy New Year to you all I am really pleased to say that since last entry I have increased my daily walk time to 64 minutes. A couple of mornings there I didn't feel like walking but I found that once I got underway my attitude relaxed from 'No!' to 'Ok, I'll walk part of my quota for the day' to 'Gee, I just might do another personal best!!!!' I am glad I read that offering about it is the distance that matters and not so much the speed as that pretty will describes my efforts right now. I had a quiet night at home with my dogs and was asleep well before the rest of Sydney went mental cheering in the New Year. My best wishes to each and every one of you for this coming year!!
